        Bought an ugly Christmas sweater online and the garland on the sweater came off. It was glued on. How convenient. I called up the store to see if they would exchange it and unfortunately they dont. I missed the deadline by December 8th. I bought the ugly Christmas Sweater online December 4th. So their return/exchange is only 4 days you get to find out how cheaply made their sweaters are. Wish I didnt spend $50 on a sweater that was just gonna fall apart after wearing it. Wont be buying another Ugly Christmas Sweater at Spencers.

        The store closes at 8pm on weekdays. The mall closes at 8pm on weekdays as well. They were literally hanging out in the store doing nothing, while refusing to allow us to spend money. As far as I'm concerned, that makes them the worst employees you could possibly have. They are willing to take the money from their employer, yet are not willing to make their employer a profit from sales out of pure laziness. I literally offered them a twenty dollar tip to open the gate so that we could spend our money and they still refused.
