I was a happy customer until this year. I've been trying to get them to send new CPAP supplies for 4 months. Their customer service is unresponsive.

The customer service here is great. At least Dwayne was great. I was confused why I had such a high bill and when I talked my sleep center bill department they Couldnt give me a good explanation. I was able to talk to Dwayne and he explained everything very clearly and was able to help me get on a payment plan that was very fair. Give that man a raise

They send you a bill, but nobody is ever available to answer questions. I left a voice mail for a call back, but no return call ever came.

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. I was always satisfied with the care and treatment I received until a couple of years ago. This facility has gone down hill since then. My best experience with this clinic is the technicians. Trying to order cpap supplies for a couple of months now. Left emails that never are replied back. Made phone calls, told someone would call back and no one does. Numerous attempts to try to order supplies. I don't like the idea of starting over with another clinic, but seem like i may have no choice. I have recently been having a hard time finding a Cpap machine that is quiet. Been back MANY times to fix this issue. I finally had to take home a loner machine that was quiet, because all the rest of their selection were awful. No longer happy with this facility.

They never answer the phone! It is impossible to speak with anyone.
