Signed up in February - filled out the quote request and immediately received a call from Steve Takacs. Within a few days I met with Steve and already had services in place a few days after that. Everything I was promised so far has been done exactly as explained. Looking forward to a great working relationship with our American Family Insurance office in Oak Forest!!

We shopped around for a shredding company for a company event. We chose Shred It based on services and pricing. We confirmed several times the rate was all inclusive. We were later billed 36% more based on fees and fuel charges we weren't told about upfront. Of course they were hidden. When we asked three times is this all inclusive the reply should have been NO. When I called to discuss this the rep told me she'd have to check with someone else and get back to me. Nobody got back to me and they took the funds from my account with no discussion. I wouldn't use them again because of the lack of response and lack of discussion about pricing. Very disappointing. The service itself was very good and the gentleman who serviced our event was helpful, pleasant and professional.
