Ron Schabes Roofing

I had about a ten foot stretch of ridge vent replaced by Schabes. A few months later, I had a leak in the ceiling. I thought it was from a nearby skylight. A Velux service tech confirmed that the skylight was fine, but on further inspection of the area he found unfilled nail holes in the shingles along the nailing area of the new ridge vent. It appears the Schabes installation crew failed to use best practices and did not fill the holes where the previous nails had been, before nailing down the new ridge vent. I called Schabes while the tech was on the roof and found the conversation not productive. Fortunately, the Velux tech filled the holes for me. Disappointed with Schabes workmanship.

I recently got my siding done by Ron , they did an amazing job . Ive had multiple compliments from my neighbors about how nice my house looks . Very professional, extremely easy to get a hold of . I would highly recommend Ron and his team.
