Highly recommend Rob to be your buying/selling real estate agent. I sold a single family home in Merrillville, Indiana and Rob went above and beyond to help get the property sold. I live in California and wasn't able to do a lot of the things the home needed (coordinating cleaning, fixes, keys, etc), and Rob was all over it to help. Additionally, he is very communicative, always took my phone call or texts. Lastly, he helped on the negotiation with the other agent and was able to get a great deal. Strongly recommend Rob to be your agent!

Rob recently handled the sale of our home in Oak Lawn and did an excellent job! He was always very responsive to us and kept us updated every step of the way. We sold for full price and his persistence to close the deal was great! I would highly recommend Rob!

It has been two months since we closed on the sale of our first home in Matteson, yet I still RAVE about how efficient, professional, and considerate Rob Medinger was in handling the sale. I had put off making the move for a year because I was so hesitant and nervous about such a daunting process, but Rob was like a godsend. He walked me through every single aspect from Day One, never once making me feel like the novice I was. He explained everything thoroughly and honestly, always offering lots of options and never being judgmental about my situation. He was quick to respond to any question or message I had. In addition, all of the people he recommended me to use (attorney, inspector, title company) were as equally professional and reliable. In the end, less than two months after we began the process, we had several offers above asking, and Rob negotiated all the final details so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend using Rob as your realtor, whether it's your first or fifth time selling a house. I know he will be my first call when I'm ready to buy or sell again!

Rob is an outstanding real estate agent to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Indiana St John area and helped me find the perfect home for my elderly mother! He listened to our needs and made sure the home and area were a great fit for us . . we really got the sense he genuinely cared and wanted us to be happy with our purchase! Rob truly made me feel like a valued client, he made it a priority, regardless of distance (Indiana), to get in and show me a prpoerty. If ever Rob wasn't able to, he made arrangements for someone on his team to show me a property to ensure I didn't miss out with the competitive market in Indiana. Rob was always very responsive, replying within minutes to my many texts and questions. Rob is excellent with negotiating contracts, meticulously reviewing contracts all while making sure we had the perfect offer in place.
