It was my first time selling a home and my knowledge of the process was very limited. Nikia was diligent in her research at price points and very adamant about attracting a buyer. The selling of my home was a unique case and when the right buyer came it included a love letter and a closing date within 2 1/2 weeks of signing the contract. Nikia is the best Realtor that I have ever worked with. She communicates all of the time. She is very considerate, on time and handles the business very well.
