Suzan Miller was very unprofessional during my first and last encounter. Realtor should be a people person, and Suzan M. is not. This woman was having a bad day or I called her at the wrong time, which caused my disappointment and this was enough for me to realize - I do not want her as my realtor, and would not recommend her to others.

WARNING: Susan & Associates DO NOT interact well (unprofessional and very rude) or communicate promptly (never calls/text back) with other agents. I have the threads and call logs to prove it. This firm appears to show favoritism when it comes to conducting showings/accepting offers instead of what is truly in the best interest of the client. Recently, my realtor and I have been calling multiple times to request sincere interest in viewing several properties her firm had listed to no avail. Now, a few have closed we learned they it was done so under dual agency (her firm representing both sides of the deal). This has to be unethical especially if it is a public listing, opened to the public, but denies public access. Save your time and the mental headache by dealing with a more professional agency.

Had a real bad time dealing with this broker. Tried to get a house from them. Seen the house and made an offer. Wasnt disclosed upon seeing the house there was another buyer after making our offer. Generally talking, broker to broker, was difficult, almost felt like talking to 2 different people. Changed their mind the next day about our offer saying yes. Had an inspection of the property, discovering a few items needing repairs. Our party responded quickly that day, attorney sent the letter, and they took almost a whole week to respond. After some thought on day 6, decided the house wasnt for us. They came back the next day saying theyll do the repairs. Wasnt pleased with their side of the process. Only plus was i got my earnest money back. Overall, unprofessional, confusing, and untimely.
