Illinois Back Institute

I cannot recommend IBI enough!!! Im starting my 3rd week tomorrow and Im already seeing a difference in my pain level. Ive done it all from injections to chiropractic care and nothing comes close to the effectiveness of traction training. The entire team truly cares about your progress/recovery and they genuinely want to see you succeed. Huge shoutout to Stella and her team. Please dont wait any longer , because back pain will not go away on its own. Its the sad truth but luckily IBI is around to help us reclaim our lives back. If you needed a sign to actually go through with it, this is it!! I cant wait to see my progress by the end of my care.

I highly recommend this place over anywhere else seriously! This amazing group of people are so sweet and loving theyre truly here to see you get healed. They helped me every step of the way with trying to get my workers comp figured out while continuing my recovery process. Now the recovery process is legitimately top notch. I was going to Athletico for a while and while they helped they just didnt have the tools this place done. I mean this place is SPECIALIZED in working with spinal, neck, and any back problems. I came in with a herniated L3, L4, and L5/S1 and within half of the time of being here compared to Athletico I made crazy progress. I am now able to bend over further and slowly am watching the pain disappear and return to normal. If youre ever doubting it remember they are specialists in this field.

I can finally sleep!!! I am over the moon. I spent over two months crying myself to sleep. I can proudly say I no longer feel pain sitting or walking and sleep eight hours every night. While yes it takes time it is 100% worth it. I have tried several other facilities and none of them even compare. At the Illinois Back Institute, the physical therapist creates specialized plans and re-evaluates the plan as you progress in your treatment. I highly suggest utilizing their chiropractic services as well. Those adjustments really add up and make a difference I typically felt immediate relief afterwards . I have nothing but praise when it comes to the staff at Illinois Back Institute. My favorite technician hands down was Brionna she always came to my aid. Even when she was busy with paperwork she stopped what she was doing to make sure patients were being cared for. Brionna also made me feel normal again, I was in a lot of pain and overall very angry at life. A lot of why me, and Im so young (21) , this does make any sense. I recently got engaged before the pain started so I felt hopeless and stressed out as the wedding approached. While, Brionna did not know my situation she never gave up and would always find something small to cheer me up or make me smile. I will always be thankful for Brionna as she truly has uplifted me on my worst days. I hope she gets a chance to read this!!
