My husband and I went there for a manicure no chip. Regular pedicure. My husband had a Regular pedicure. Unfortunately, the girl that was taking care of me didnt do a good job at all. My pedicure was not done with no effort cuticle was not clean properly, which sucked. Then moved me to get my manicure no chip. I noticed she kept on giving me 5 to 6 layers of thick no chip layer and putting my hand in the UV light over and over again. It started to hurt. Then I noticed that my husband was getting ready to leave because he went for a regular pedicure. While I was getting my manicure done, I noticed an another technician was guarding my technician that was taking care of my nails, which I found it very strange maybe they thought that I was going to run away without paying? honestly its not my fault that you feel insecure about people that walk in for the first time and judge customers for no reason?
This made me feel very discriminated and my husband paid his Pedicure and then he paid my manicure and pedicure. Yeah, my husband and I were very disappointed because we wanted to look good for our vacation to Cancun. Going swimming to the pools and getting tan and then seeing that my nail color was chipping off, It was a waste of money! if I wouldve known, I shouldve just gotten my manicure and pedicure done at a the luxury resort were I was staying at. I regretted it so much. I told my husband I shouldve just had my nails done in Cancun. They wouldve done a way better job.
I will not go back ever again. Shame on you for your mediocre job.

Every time I come here I have a great experience. Owner is so sweet. She is very professional. Her shop is super clean, great staff and great location.

For the past year my daughter & I continue to receive excellent pedicures & no chip manicures from this Hi Nails Spa. Our no chip manicures usually last over 2 weeks! They use high-quality products and the customer service is always great!
