        Great experience here. No wait time. I had an appointment and they took me in really fast. They are very professional and the nurse and doctor are pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable and attended to really well. One of the best experiences at a doctors office.

        They called me last minute to inform me about my appointment being canceled do to insurance issues. Then when i called them i waited for ever to get someone on the phone. they keep transferring my call from one place to another waisting my time. We also have things to take care of too. Its a stupid system and it needs to be updated.

        Asked to wait for doctor in the room after nurse's assessment. After 1 hour 10 minutes, still there was no Dr.. Noted that this is my very first time appointment with Dr. Klepek in hoping to establish care here. With great disappointment I decided to leave without meeting that Dr. Klepek. My impression is that if there is no respect of patient's time, not much good would come out from this clinic/doctor. Will never try again.
