Called 5 times for chimney repair I never received a return call, very disappointed because the reviews were good.

Called to schedule an assessment for tuck pointing on the house. I got a call the next day, Thursday 8/4 to schedule, great! I was asked if I could be available Friday 8/5 in the afternoon around 1, I said preferably at 2pm due to other obligations. He asked again if I would be available at 1, I said no, if the following week would be better we can do that He said no, he would call at 1:30 when he was on his way. 1:30 came and went....as did 2pm, and 2:30. I called the office at 3, no answer. They never showed up for the appointment. Never called to say something happened, never called to say they got caught up, just completely missed the appointment. Then today called me, 5 days later if they could still help me. Not even providing an explanation for the missed appointment. I picked this place because it was local and had good reviews but unfortunately will not be getting my business.

Acorn did an amazing job on my whole house tuckpointing. I had two other estimates but I went with Acorn, I am very pleased with their work.

We used Acorn to repair a brick garden wall and tuckpoint the chimney at my parents house earlier this summer. Chester and his team were professional and pleasant to work with. My mom was so impressed that she wanted to make sure everyone knows they did a great job! Lol They provided a detailed written quote. We received 7 quotes and only one other business provided a written quote but it lacked the detail of Acorns. The price was reasonable. They werent the cheapest but not the most expensive. We had some rain which kept delaying the project but Chester reached out to ME to let me know about the project delays. I didnt have to chase them for information. My mom and I highly recommend this company!
