The doctor wasn't available for 6 mos. so I waited and TODAY I spent over an hour waiting on her. I showed up 30 min BEFORE my appt and was ON TIME and waited 45 min. ONLY to be told that she was running behind 40 min. and with a handful of people ahead of me I was LIVID! ...As I missed a funeral to attend and after spending 6 mos. waiting for it didn't have much choice. After waiting and waiting I was told I would be called and put into a room but would be waiting another 15 min. FINALLY LEFT! [NEVER SEEN] ..Missed an aunt's funeral, never was seen by the doctor --BEYOND ANGRY! **everyone else waiting was just as upset *** NOW I AM CHANGING DOCTORS!! ****

After waiting over an hour to see the doctor, I experienced medical gaslighting by both the doctor and her nurse. Both individuals had terrible bedside manner. I explained my pain level was a 13 out of 10 and was told to continue taking over the counter medication although I explained that was not working. I described my symptoms and was very descriptive; however, I was ignored and told my infection and symptoms were mild. Mind you I have been experiencing hearing loss, my entire left side of my face is sensitive touch, post nasal drip, sleepless nights, and more. Total time in the doctors office was roughly 2 hours and overall an disturbing experience. POC, especially women need to receive the same medical care as other races. Our pain tolerance is not higher than any other ethnicity. If I could give her 0 stars I would. Would not recommend her services.

Was a few minutes late, being turned around due to an invalid address (GPS), and was told my child wouldn't be seen and they didn't care what the reason was ( by rude patient rep with the short haircut) Will take my daughter and our good health insurance to another provider with patience for patients! I'm sure we would have had to wait probably an hour just to see her anyway!

Dr. Montelpasse got me in the very next day, because my primary was book a month ahead. She took time to look at my history, and asked qustions about my history. Told me what was next, and explained things very well. Good experience.
