The manager Ms Brown orland park who staff states is the district manager rude and unprofessional she represents your establishment poorly. I was quoted a price from trinity who was great the elder white lady says thats wrong well its on the sticker 4 sides well they dont know because they dont ring up over here. Great Customer service would be to honor what was originally quoted. But Ms brown district manager orland park and the other rude old lady very dismissive and disrespectful. What three would you like and if I couldnt pay for the other items please contact me to discuss!!!

This honey baked store is clean and very efficiently run. For Easter today, there were 2 separate lines one for picking up a ham and the other for prepaid online orders. Lines moved quickly as there was so much help..

The food was overall good. Had an issue trying to change my order over the phone, a week before Easter, with their phone customer service at the Orland store. They made a big deal out of it, I ended up not changing it when all I wanted was different type of ham. I had already prepaid so to avoid getting billed twice I ended up keeping it, even though it was an error on my part. Lesson learned DON'T prepay, there is no reason for it! Pay when you pick it up. something you dont like dont buy it. Had I not pre paid I could have told them to fix it or Keep it! Never again! The other small issue the baked beans plastic cover was opened on both ends inside the cardbox box, and the liquid leaked out all over the box. The dish was thrown away. Open plastic cover, and now not enough liquid to cook in. Not a very good experience at the Orland store on Lagrange Rd. Il. The rest of the food was good, I would think twice about personally being too lazy to cook such simple stuff, and paying so much. Most of the reviews have 3 or 4 stars now I know why.
