I live 2 minutes down the street from my nearest home depot; they have all over the toilet isle to talk go an associate about a toilet installation so we did. Store associate said they didn't actually have any information and there was a number I needed to call. Called the number and the person I spoke to said they do renovations not installation so they transferred me to the store. I was then transferred 2 more times and spent 15 minutes on hold. Just to be told my zip code is not serviced. Again...I live 2 minutes away from the store where I brought the toilet, which has in store advertisements about toilet installations.

I highly recommend the Illinois Fence Company. Moving to a new home without a fence and big dogs is stressful, but they made the process easy. Carmen, our sales rep has been great. Hes personable, kind, professional, and informative. Paul, an owner, has jumped through hoops to make this happen. I moved to a city that was outside of their service area, but they graciously agreed and worked with the village for the permit. Awesome customer service, Im so happy with our choice. Install is scheduled, but I know they will take care of any issues if they arise.

I wish I could give you 0 stars! My in-laws purchase a fridge from this store back in 8/18/2020 plus warranty they told them it will be delivered in a week. Week come by and nothing no show no call we had to call to see what was the problem and they told us it was in back order. It was delivered till 10/3/2020 and they try to cancel the order and they told them the person in charge was in vacation and they had to wait till she gets back, so now the fridge has a damaged to one of the plastic cabinets and they giving us the run around.Oh well you have to call whirlpool it's out of our hands...how can it be out of your hands if you sold it to me, well that's the way it works we just the middle man. Can't return it because they don't do return on appliances.....what are you doing Home Depot? What kind of business are you running you are a multi- million business and this is the way you treat hard working customers.....I will be filling a claim with the BBB and I hope everyone sees this and won't buy any appliances from you guys. Stay away from Home Depot when it comes to appliances.You guys should invest more money in education your employees on customer service because they are really bad.Don't buy appliances from Home Depot.
