    One of the ladies working today 08/02 in the afternoon was super rude!!!! Pretty sure she was the manager or the one in charge.

    Went in to return a few items with a receipt and in new condition. The manager caucasian, short, stocky build, brown haired female(refused to give her name so I had to use description) said because of their new computer system theres an issue with 12/16 date and they cannot process the return. I dont care about your computer issue. The clothes are new with tags and I have a receipt. This place is ran by an ignorant manager who could not careless about her customers.The manager seems to have no idea what she is doing and doesnt care about the customer. I asked them to call their DM to help resolve the issue. They refused. Not only a low cost retailer also a low class employer. Reading previous reviews it seems this manager should have been fired a long time ago! My recommendation is Stay AWAY FROM this location the bull dog manager bites!

    Over a week or so ago, I was in this store and witnessed the staff dealing with a horrible customer. Although I came into the line and did not hear the whole conversation, what I did hear was appalling. From what I can remember, there were issues with the customers refund, so the first associate was trying to accommodate the customer, she even went as far as calling someone else to help resolve the issue. I take it the phone call was not helpful, because the customer became very irritated and started insulting and yelling at the associate, and even the manager who later stepped in to try and help out. When the customer continued to talk over the manager, the manager then began to get irritated and told the customer there was nothing they could do, and asked her to leave. Im guessing the other associate gave the customer a customer service number or corporate number, and even tried APOLOGIZING to the customer for the inconvenience. When I was finished being checked out, as this customer was also leaving, she vandalized the store on her way out, almost hitting my family and I with the product that she knocked off the table at the front of the store. The product nearly got knocked into the mall hallway. The staff dealt with it the best they could and definitely did not deserve to deal with this person over what appeared to be a pair of pants.

    I have a bad experience in returning today in Orland park location. I have a sweatshirt to return that was in my car since the morning since I was out, when I gave it to her she said I can not return it because it is damp! I was so surprised to hear that! If she said you need the reciept or the card that you bought it with, I will understand, but damp??!!! I told her it was in the car since morning in this cold weather, so thats normal. If she left it five minutes in the store it will be warm! Anyways I left and did some shopping in the mall and returned back and told her I warm it up now! But she refused to touch it and said that she will not be able to take it today! I can go to other location to return it! She was stubborn and rude, actually there were two managers as she said, that both of them said no! Theu refused to listen or check the shirt! She should have been more polite and understanding, and the excuse that she said is the most ridiculous one that I have ever heard! I will never ever shop thier again.

    So, I had just left here about 5 minutes ago in efforts of finding my sister a pair of jeans for back to school. As me and her were looking for jeans, we were approached by one of the workers (lady with blonde hair) and was told about their jeans. Okay, fine. As were looking for her size, the size that she knew she was already, the lady walks up to us again. Tells us the size we grabbed wont fit and so I grabbed a smaller size. As were looking for others, she tells us to go to the fitting room in the back. Were walking there and then I had a sense of us being followed once again, (which we were) because as soon as I turn towards my left, shes now folding clothes. As my sister is waiting, she speaks loudly wheres the line?? is it here or there im confused. and were just standing there not knowing there was a line to begin with. Once my sister is done trying on jeans, the woman rushes to the door and begins asking her if there was anything that didnt fit. She says no and begins heading back to the jeans to grab more in her size. As shes doing that, the lady is watching us yet again as were looking for her size. She walks up, grabs the jeans we were looking at and says her size is over there. Once again, just watching us. We werent there to STEAL, were here for some jeans, seriously?? Youre a SICK person for following two Black young women around a store, all to look dumb in the end. This isnt resolved quickly, corporate, youre next
