Novak and Parker Home Appliance

I recently purchased a wolf cooktop from Novak and Parker. Gil was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and have it delivered within a few weeks when other places were giving me timelines of 6 months. On the day of installation the installation crew came out and realized that the cabinet needed modifications. They were willing to speak to and discuss with my general contractor exactly what needed to be done and then came back another day to install. The installation was smooth and the crew was very professional and tidy. Overall great experience working with them from start to finish and will only order my appliances from here moving forward.

3 months into trying to get them to honor a warranty on a dishwasher and counting. They simply make promises and then you never hear from them again.

Excellent service. I purchased a new Maytag washing machine and the delivery guys were very polite and careful with the install. Then my range went out and so I went back and spoke with Gil. He didnt have the one I liked in stock so he said Abt had one. So I went home called Abt and it was delivered and installed a week later. Now that is a store I would highly recommend to anyone!!! Gil is a wonderful salesman!!!!

Great experience. Margie was very knowledgeable, we knew we were in good hands. She gave us a great price and did a lot of the research for us and gave us much needed information that we wouldn't have even thought of. Better than Great
