Absolutely amazing company with acceptional customer service. I wish every business was this caring about their customers. Burks Group Enterprise towing went beyond what was asked of them. These two gentlemen Albert (Owner) and Alex (Driver) are the very definition of excellence. 230am. 18 degrees outside car needed a jump no one around. I called 8 different so called 24 hrs towing companies and not one responded. I even called south CHGO hts police and they were not even willing to help me knowing how cold it was outside. I would have literally froze to death if Burks towing would have not come out to help me that night. After trying to jump me and the car would not start the driver literally offered to drive me home all the way back to Plainfield Illinois. (52 Miles away) reassuring me that he was not going to leave me out there all night knowing how cold it was outside. After the driver Alex decided to go and get another piece of equipment and returned he was able to get my car started. These two gentlemen are two of the most humane and caring individuals I have ever met in my life. I am a professional google reviewer and this business establishment (Burks Towing) is a standout amongst most businesses I have reviewed and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
