        Was interested in renting a condo and set up a showing. I arrived at the location and the associate informed me that they had already rented the unit out and had not bothered to inform me. An abysmal lack of common courtesy and substandard professional conduct.

        After 2 days phone calls and text messages, succeeded to contact Theresa Jurgus, listing agent for 400 Madison St in Oak Park, I find out she is very rude, self serving and uninformed about real estate and contract process. Then I contacted her managing broker, Molly Surowitz, to complain and she was also rude, but eventually corrected her agent Theresa. I will not deal with Baird & Warner
