Pedios, Ltd.

Removing care for my daughter. she has been sick for over a week now. I was told she had croup on Monday, given steroids and they said it would go away in a few days. Shes progressively gotten worse, so i called to take her back in. The lady on the phone told me 9:20am. We got there at 9:25am and she told me we wouldnt be seen cause our appointment was at 9:10. They only had a 1:20pm (or Im sure theyll say its 1:10 once I pull up) available. I said forget it Ill take her to the emergency room. They didnt seem to care at all. Mind you, there was one patient in the waiting room. Theres been several things I have disliked about bringing her here, but this was enough to do it for me.

Yesterday Dr Wegner saw my son to treat his illness. It was a pretty standard sick call but she went above and beyond when I had trouble getting my prescription filled by Walgreens. I went to pick it up and they were saying they had no record of the script being called in. This was the beginning of lots of going back and forth for Dr Wegner trying to reach the pharmacy, all while she was driving home bc their offices were closed at that point. Finally she called my cell phone and asked me to hand my phone to the pharmacist bc she was not getting through to them. Within 20 min of all that I finally got his medicine and today he's a completely different kid, feeling so much better. Thank you Dr Wegner for fighting through that difficulty, at the end of your day trying to drive home no less, to help Eddie feel better .

My son has had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Rogers and Dr. Wegner so far. Both have been kind and thorough. My husband and I really like this practice and would recommend the pediatricians here to any new parent.

Couldn't be happier with Pedios. Dr. Haukness is our amazing doctor, but every physician here is wonderful, very thorough, reassuring and patient. They all have excellent clinical skills. The front desk people are also cheerful and very helpful. Both of my daughters have been going there since birth, and they are now teenagers. So glad they grew up with Pedios! Thank you!!

My son was a patient at Pedios for over 10 years until recently that he became an adult. My daughter has been a patient at Pedios since she was a toddler, she is now in Junior High. My daughter having asthma and allergies as a toddler required a lot care, constant visits, prescription refills, prescriptions adjustments, just intense. We are very thankful to all three pediatricians, they are all amazing, caring, attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. We are always able to call and come in for any urgencies and the wait is never longer than 10 minutes. The nurses and front desk staff are polite and helpful. We are so glad to have Pedios near by and we highly recommend them!
