Laura assisted me with the sale of my home recently, and I could literally not be more happy with the job that she did. I followed her advice as best as possible and the second person to see the house bought it. I am convinced that her thoughtful suggestions regarding how to present the house directly resulted in the quick sale at the price I was hoping to get. She was prompt, professional and clear in her communications with me at all times. My situation was unusually complicated because I was overseas at the time of the sale, but this seemed to be no barrier for her, she made sure it was as simple as possible for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Laura is merely the best! Laura is knowledgeable, kind, patient, honest, and engaging. She's literally everything you want in a realtor and more. Laura not only helped us sell our house, she found our forever house as well. Truth be told, we miss not seeing her every weekend.

Laura was PHENOMENAL throughout the entire process of buying a home. I was initially on the fence due to being new to this whole process, but Laura was super patient with me and gave great advice. We initially found the home I purchased in the 1st round of house hunting, but she advised to keep looking to compare and potentially find a better fit (she was definitely right!). That extra time to look through other houses really paid off in our favor and she already had a list of items to chat through with inspectors/lawyers, everything! Helped me out a ton. Honestly, if you're a first time homebuyer on the fence or even a seasoned buyer, Laura is THE person to reach out to - super knowledgeable, has contacts for inspectors, and all the nine yards. It also helps she's great with children, helped a ton with my daughter during the look throughs :) She's everything you need in a realtor so reach out!
