Margarita was amazing from the start! She started by getting to know my needs and wants as well as budget for my future home. Within days I was already looking at homes. As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about all the legal aspects and paperwork. Margarita never hesitated in explaining and re-explaining anything to me (so very grateful for her kindness and patience). Very knowledgeable in her field and was always looking out for my best interest. I really loved this. She works with a great group of people, who just like her, want whats best for their client. Whenever I hear anyone interested in becoming homeowners, I always offer her number because I want them to have as great of an experience as I did. If I had to purchase a home again or sell, she is definitely my go to person! 10/10 recommend.
