I cannot praise Bill enough! I can admit, I am not the easiest person to please, especially with a large purchase like a home, but Bill was able to accomplish the task of finding us our perfect home. When viewing homes, he observed major items I would have missed because I was caught up with the decor of a home. He was very honest and thorough which helped guide us in our decison making. Five stars! Bill is a complete full service realtor with many resources. He goes above and beyond making sure the transactions run smoothly. He sold and helped us buy our forever home ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Our home was under contract without it being on the public market. When we were out shopping, he worked hard to get us into every house we wanted to see no matter how last minute it was or the distance! Experienced, responsive, honest, and very educational experience. Some might say we developed separation anxiety after our transactions. Bill and his wife who is also a real estate attorney are a magnificent duo! No better team than them.

Bill is great at every part of his job. He an expert at value and negotiation and saved us thousands of dollars. He had helpful inspectors and contractors that he recommended. He made a stressful process less so, and more fun. He was always ready to answer questions, give feedback and show property. Bills insight on the housing market is extremely valuable! We sold our first home with Bill and he made the process effortless! A few months later we were ready to look for our forever home and knew Bill was the only guy we could trust for the job. We called him up to help us with the search and after countless viewings and a couple offers we thought we were going to be outbid on every house. Bill continued to go above and beyond for us in every aspect. He was able to find a perfect house for our family and was beyond helpful the entire time. We couldnt have survived that process without him!
