Horrible to work with!!!!!! We submitted an offer on a Wednesday and didnt hear back from Cristian until Sunday. I asked him to please present our offer so we wouldnt have to participate in a bidding war and he never got back to me. This is totally unfair for my clients. I will remember your name for sure!
