    It's a long story, with Jose Andres Torres Prince. I hope you read it all and it helps you in purchasing your home. Look for a real real estate agent, he is just a doorman who only opens the house for you to see, a dishonest person who went more in favor of the seller of the house. He talks to you about other things that are not appropriate at the moment when you are looking for a house to buy. Never buy a property with dual agency, much less with him. Very bad experience, we signed a contract with the seller, that the repairs would be done by the seller. 3 days before closing the repairs had not yet been made, Andres recommended that I sign the transfer of ownership "as is" to purchase my house with an agreement that the seller would take care of the repairs that the house I needed and that they were required by the city to put it up to code at the time of closing. I did not want to sign, Andres told me that it was normal in closings, an escrow was made with a certain amount of $$$. Andres assured me that there would be no problems, I agreed to sign. Everything was going well but then everything turned into a nightmare. Supposedly the seller had already applied for the permits but that was not the case, she applied 6 days after I signed the transfer of ownership "as is." The seller's contractor days after the closing began making repairs without permission and removing where they were going to repair, they damaged some parts that were in good condition, leaving the property without concrete around the house and the garage except in front of the house. Contractor did not return for weeks, then city inspectors arrived at the property and gave us violations. I let Andres know the situation and he didn't do anything nor did he care, he just told me that this was resolved between the lawyers, then he only sent me a couple of messages asking "How are you", when you need me to call you and tell you why This happened, I never call to ask what happened. I had to go to the city many times to resolve the situation and after 5 months I was able to get the permits and start the repairs. Until now it has cost me more than $30,000 to comply with the city's complaints. I was only able to recover half of the escrow deposit of the agreement. Finally today I went to the city office to pick up the Certification of Compliance. Several times we went to the house for inspections before the purchase, he showed us the house but never the garage, which did not have the key, he showed it to us one day before closing and with cars inside, we only saw it quickly, but no We realized the garage had a low height so that only sedan, van or SUV cars could fit into that garage. We realized this weeks after the closing, we arrived at the house, I opened the garage and I tried to put my minivan in and I almost hit the header of the garage and we concluded that he knew the height of the garage and omitted it to us, He showed it to us until the last day. To solve the height of the garage we almost had to make it new for $8000... I honestly do not recommend Andres to buy or sell.

Hi Israel I’m sorry that you had a bad experience,but as an adult you need to own up to your own decisions -You chose to see the house ,I sent you several options -You decided to use a home inspector ,I told you to use your own and if you don’t have any I sent you a list of inspectors and you chose one of them -You decided to use an attorney to represent you , I gave you options an you chose one of them -you did your own sewer inspection and decided to continue with the purchase Do you need the screenshots of those conversations? I do have them ready for you I called you several times and you didn’t pick up the phone The report from the inspector you chose has pictures from the interior lf the garage and that was done over a month before closing . I sent you a copy of everything for you to remember
