I'm incredibly pleased with the service I received from real estate agent Cynthia Howe Gajewski with Beyond Properties Realty Group. I dont even know where to begin. I have so many good things to say! I was selling my house from out of state. Ive found Cynthia on the best and top agent listing in my town. So, I decided to give her a call. She was very passionate and positive even when the market was moving down. She took charge of my house and pointed out what needed to be done and introduced me to the very best people to fix a problem. She went above and beyond to help me sell my house. She is very knowledgeable! She worked endlessly and was able to work at a fast pace to sell my home in the most difficult time. She was very patient until bring up to the reasonable selling pricing. She was above and beyond the (very top class) of most real estate agents who gave all the promise but couldnt deliver and started being negative. I must say Cynthia is very different from other real estate agents. She has been very professional and resolved difficult issues that needed to be done in order to sell the house. I had a great experience with Cynthia.

We cannot recommend Cynthia highly enough. She motivated, calmed, encouraged, and kept us focused. Her photographer's eye for detail showed everything we loved about the two-flat we were selling and certainly took the final offer above the asking price. Her honest and ethical practices fit into our own values and she referred us to a law firm that also had the same values. They were always available and guided us to a smooth closing. Cynthia was fantastic!

Cynthia exceeded all expectations. She was right on target with regard to her recommendations on when to sell and on how to prepare the house for viewing. She told us to move quickly which we did and we hit the market at the right time. She gave us detailed advice on what rooms to paint, what colors to paint them, lighting fixtures and cabinet improvements. The results (multiple offers over asking) validated her advice.

It was great working with Cynthia in the selling of my home. Ive worked with other realtors before, but when I met Cynthia I felt a sense a integrity and assurance. I knew I would be in good hands. She does it all; from the staging of my home (which looked impeccable), to taking all the photos for the listing, she even got down and dirty and made some home improvements herself. She is a master of her craft. A couple days before the house went on the market Cynthia suggested on increasing the original listing price we had both agreed on and of course, I loved the idea. She also prognosticated my house would sell quickly and sure enough, I had back-to-back showings and received multiple offers within the same week of listing. My house sold for over the asking price :) thank you Cynthia!! After my wonderful experience working with Cynthia, theres no one else Id rather give my business to. Everything went so smoothly and I cant recommend her enough. She is the best in the business.
