PCC Lake Street Family Health Center

WORST kind of a medical institute I've ever been to. I wish I can give this place even less ratings. Like other folks mentioned on here; we need to rally up and have this place shut down! We went in for a 3.30 appt with a pediatrician, waited for an hour and when asked the front desk about our turn; they said there were 2 more people ahead of us!!! They were taking patients that just walked in!! Needless to say we walked out without seeing any doc.

This is the worst medical clinic I have ever experienced. I received a referral for specialist went to the appoint and received a surgery date coming soon n now a week before surgery this clinic states they did not give me the referral n insurance will not cover because out of network. Why would this clinic and referral team refer me out of network and then tell be a week before SURGeRy it is not approved by insurance they had 3 months to tell me this. This is medical negligence on this clinic!! No one should have to go through this type of hand pointing take accountability and fix the problem this is my child health they are putting at risk! I will be changing from this clinic ASAP . This is medical negligence

I had gone to pcc at west suburban the chemical dependency clinic forever however once I had my son he had to start being seen here.... That lasted maybe a year was tired of traveling 10 miles to get horrible customer service from the Women at the front I don't understand how they even got the job to the person my son would see.. who was more worried about why he was still in a stroller like hes not even 18 months and i would take 2 trains to get there... the only kinda friendly people are the nurses and the phlebotomist.. much happier taking him to nortshore where they are much friendlier.
