It smells a lot like marijuana inside and outside the bank, they also have dark-skinned music listening to it, it seems like you are entering an African-American nightclub, nothing compared to the other branches that the bank has in other locations where the atmosphere is more pleasant and they don't smell like marijuana. this place, I will not return to this branch again.

Literally walk in, the security guard was so kind. I waited a minute for a business banker, she comes and looks me from feet to head. I had on workout gear because I JUST LEFT THE GYM. I run my business and dont have much time so I went today because I start Shabbat. The woman said are you the owner as she constantly stares at me like I have a fungus. I said yes. She asked me to take off my glasses and lied and said it was a sign I did not see a sign that said no sunglasses as I was entering and exiting. She asked for my business information. I provided her with my Articles and EIN with my passport. She said she had to get her manager to approve ARTICLES that you can look up online. She comes back and said since you dont have proof of address I would need to send this off for approval before I can open the account. Not once did she even ask for proof of address I could have pulled up a bill on my phone sent it to their printer and printed it out. I said my business address is on my documents why do I need proof of address? Because I have Shabbat I chose not to argue because my time is valuable and I need to hurry back and work before I shut down because of Shabbat so I chose to leave. The thing is the signs says no discrimination when she did that before I sat down. This is not a Non Discrimination bank she literally discriminated against me the moment she could. Its a shame that I have to go near my office to do banking I wanted a bank near my house so I could save time. But no here is another banker bitter because I am a black woman with a business. Avoid this place at all cost no one deserves that.
