        No customer service. On phone for 30 minutes. Call back 20 min. Instead it was 2 hours. I went to the bank.. Originally I was Told I get new card in 3 days. Someone charge on it $200+ and they call it a dispute . I call it someone's mistake. Not mine. 11 days and 20 min. phone call still no card. A Visit the bank. No answer on so call "dispute" . I hope they are not waiting for the dispute to clear before issuing a new card. Unreliable info. from employees. Different answer for same question.
