Par Towing

Hired by my lender to repo my car to another lot in OPKS. Car had minor scratches and dents and drove just fine BEFORE they towed it. When I picked it up it look like they used in it a crash test. There was a huge crack running down the middle of the car, the grill was popped out as well as the right sided headlight. There were also brand-new scratches on the hood of the car. The towed my FWD, which is supposed to be a flatbed tow, rear end up, in park destroying my brakes, transmission, and engine. I drove the car not even 30 minutes before the repo happened and had to get it towed from the lot because it was no longer drivable. Insurance is expecting the car to be totaled. Unprofessional and does not use the correct equipment for the job.

Stolen valuable property from my deceased mother's vehicle. I know exactly what was inside of the vehicle and not everything was returned. Untrustworthy and dishonest..God bless whoever stole from a dead person.

The last review must be a friend of the company this tow service is a scam they are looking for work by going out searching for vehicles to tow. They are the worst tow service to use. I would recommend using anyone else besides this low budget unprofessional scammer of a company I will be sending my claim to the BBB as well as the Illinois state police

I wish I could give 0 stars whoever is apart of the answering service who claims to be the manager needs to fired IMMEDIATELY She is very rude and her tone is so nasty its sickening i pray the BBB take my request into consideration and shut this company down Service: Car towing
