HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered a commemorative bracelet for my sons graduation with plenty of time along with his cap and gown and another item and paid online. The cap and gown was the only items delivered and the rest was missing. I emailed the representative three different times and called and never received any response at all. Terrible customer service and I would never recommend this place to anyone since they take your money and dont deliver what you purchased! Its sad that I couldnt give my son the gift I purchased for him and Im out that money so if I could give them zero stars or worse I would.

Ordered a letterman jacket for my daughter. When it came in it was wrong size. Sleeves were 6 inches past her fingers, too small in the chest area and she was measured by an employee of this company at the school. I can only assume they sent the wrong size. I contacted them regarding this issue and they told me they would replace it, just send back the jacket. I did what they requested about 2 months later, still did not get the replacement. I called and they said they need to check with the factory. Had a call back and was notified there were a few 'stragglers' on a box and they would receive it tomorrow. She then continued to tell me they will send it to me as soon i paid. I told her I paid in full already close to $500 Ow she informed me there is a cost of $200 for the jacket replacement. I was curious, asked why? And I also told them I was never informed of a charge for another coat. I the. Asked why would I send the jacket back after it's paid for and then pay again for the replacement. She said it's a custom jacket and who will take the loss. I then told them if I'm charged for the replacement, I want both jackets. Let's see what happens. Need to contact corporate and the school with a formal complaint about this company who rips people off.
