        This had to be the single most frustrating experience I have ever had dealing with any company of any kind.  All I wanted was name tags for approximately 30 people and the process took over 4 months from first phone call to last invoice.  The service was unprofessional, often leaving me to constantly ask them questions (pricing, characters per line, when will I get my invoice, please--can you give me my invoice, why is this invoice wrong, etc).  I tend to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to working with companies, but this company should be called TLC Promotions as in Totally Lacks Competency Promotions.  My suggestion:  stick with markers and stickers!
