Dr. Ghadiali was very professional and very kind. Explained how everything would go and was very through. Highly recommend seeing him if you are choosing to get your wisdom teeth out. Best of all, when I got my wisdom teeth removed they played Justin Bieber so automatic win in my book :)

Dr. Malik and his team were very professional but down to earth at the same time. They answered all my questions regarding the oral surgery and put me at ease about the process. They assisted with payment plans and had me in and out quickly. I highly recommend them and will utilize there facility for any future dentistry for myself and family.

ALERT ALERT!!! This place will steal your money! We started Feb/March 2023. Waited over an hour to be seen in Oak Lawn. When my daughter was seen office manager waived film fees that were to happen in Orland for her surgery. My husband was forced to pay upfront for procedure (over 2 thousand). Fast forward to November 2023 I finally get ahold of someone in billing (Roaemary I believe) and I was informed my 1800.00 refund was on the way! January 2024 still no refund. My Insurance talks with Jordyn and they are trying to bill for codes that are not in their provider contract. She was informed the money has to be refunded and the office can file for an appeal. She doesnt know wheret the provider agreement is. Oh and the most recent contact I received from my insurance is they are billing for films noweven though the office manager waived them!!! Four more attempts to contact and nothing. A year later and they still refuse to refund my money but they sure did bill my insurance! What a scam!!!!!!!! 3/9/2024 Update! Still no return calls and no refund. So they were paid double. I will be contacting the fraud department with my insurance carrier! Stay tuned!

My daughter just had her 6 month cleaning and the dentist told her that all 4 wisdom teeth are coming in. He felt it would be best to have them pulled because she just had her braces removed. We have pretty good dental insurance and he suggested she go through an oral surgeon. I googled this location, called and explained the situation. I was told that she will need to come in for a consultation, we talked for about 15 minutes on dates and the next steps. The call dropped and they called back and we confirmed the date and time. I was told that I need to complete documents that were being emailed to me. That night I completed all e. Docs and uploaded copies of my ID, dental and medical insurance . The next day I got the same email .. so I called to confirm if they received the original uploads . I was put on hold and then it was confirmed that they were received. At this point, I have talked to 2 employees from this location . We get to the office today and there are more docs to complete .. got it done. The staff was pleasant and I was told that the doctor would be in shortly. I originally requested Dr. Lee, upon the doctors arrival, I see that this is a different doctor. He spent all of 3 minutes in the room telling us what an extraction is and that she will be put under and be given antibiotics. He put on 1 glove and told my daughter to open her mouth, he took a quick peek and said the benefit specialist will be in shortly. We waited another 10 minutes and I opened the door to see how much longer . They say she will be in in a couple of minutes. Finally, Vanessa comes in and hands me a clipboard with some documents attached and she also has a clipboard with docs . She tells me to start on page 3, There is where they have it listed in details the 4 teeth that will be removed, the anesthesia cost and some other items. As I flip the 3 pages , I see the grand total of about $6k that insurance will cover and I am told that my share will be around $2100. In my mind , I am saying aint no way. I turn to page 1 and see a charge for $245.. I asked Vanessa what is the $245 for, She says its the cost of todays consultation!!!!! I asked when was I ever informed that I was being billed for the consultation . She said well u received a service , I said not true and I am not signing this . She Went on with some analogy That because I received the service I had to Pay for it. Again, I explained that no service was received. We came up here the doctor spoke with us for 3 minutes and explained what a tooth extraction is and left the room. I told her again that I am not signing this. Vanessa insisted that I sign it. I simply said Im not signing it. Now if I was informed that there was a fee and it was reasonable, that is one thing . Not one staff member ever mentioned that there was a fee nor that it was $245! I know that I can find a reputable oral surgeon to pull her teeth and it not cost damn near $8k. Please do better and share all the hidden costs with your potential patients.
