        I wasn't serviced, I called for service assistance from the parking lot and the man on the phone was rude. So I ledt and was serviced somewhere else.

        Every time I bring my car to Spitfire I am greeted warmly and I feel confident that my car will be diagnosed and repaired correctly. I've been coming here for years and also referring Spitfire to both family and friends. Their honesty in letting you know what the issues are with your car and cost to repair stands out the most. Also, I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Rich, without knowing he was the owner today when I came in for service and the shop was open before 7am. To make a long story short, he was very gracious, extremely pleasant and humorous! In closing, I thank GOD for leading me to Spitfire and so appreciate and commend ALL the Spitfire team. May GOD continue to bless you and your business as you continue to perform great service with a spirit of excellence and honesty. S. Tate
