        To allow a very very LOUD construction crew to start work before 5:00 a.m. in the pitch black was very inconsiderate to the dozens of families that live in the condos directly across the street. The employees take up all the parking spots up and down the block too because the village of Oak Lawn allowed them to build this three-story building knowing there was no way that parking lot could accommodate all the employees as well as patients.
