We do our best to facilitate the process between you and the Claim Department, but ultimately they make the claim settlement decisions.       image We were told to open a new claim everytime they closed our original one without resolve. They lowered our insurance score for this and ignored us when they increased our insurance rate by over 2times the amount. Sent one email saying our rates went up because of the customers claims they did pay.
