Misha Minks 0/10 her work is bomb but her attitude is bad. I didn't feel welcomed at all in the shop, I didn't even feel like a client. She was running late and didn't even tell me. Then whole time she was just otp with her friends. Made me wait outside her door for 10-15 mins for no reason. Then started to be completely rude after I asked her how long will I have to wait because I can go sit in the car. She proceeds to tell me "or you can cancel your appointment " like what. Then she was otp with her friend "I guess she just gone have to wait. (Talking bout me) once she started talking crazy to her friends on the phone while I'm standing in front of her is when I got in defense mod and realized she didn't care bout customer service at all. It seemed like she just didn't want to do my lashes anymore. I'm a service provider as well and now I see what clients go through. If she could've just told me she was running behind all this could've been avoided.

Misha Minks very rude i wouldn't recommend her to anybody. Very unprofessional and customer service is bad.

I never experienced unprofessional service until I booked with Misha Minks. She was so rude & disrespectful I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't licensed because she missed the customer service part.
