BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are selling carpet they claim to be stain resistant which is a complete lie. Their customer service is garbage and will give you the run around about whose responsibility it is to uphold the "stain resistant" claim. They will make you clean your own carpet and submit the receipt and they "will decide" whether or not they will reimburse you. Of course, they will always deny the claim. There needs to be an option to give a ZERO rating as 1 star is too good for them.

WORST customer service experience ever! Run as fast as you can! I will never spend money with Empire again! Salesman was very responsive until I paid. Install scheduled for Monday didn't happen until Thursday. Everyone from the salesman, his manager, to the scheduler in the office ignored my calls. Had to board my dogs waiting for someone...ANYONE to let me know the cause of the delay and when installation would be rescheduled. Tried contacting my salesman and the sales lead afterwards to discuss everything in hope of them making things right but no one seems concerned about the inconvenience, additional expenses, loss of income, or that I had no one the day they showed up to help me move items. I heard they have new owners so maybe that explains the poor quality standards.

I haven't used Empire recently but a few years back had 3 rooms carpeted. They were fast with my order, delivery & installation. Shopping for some new flooring in other areas & looking at other places too, but no prob giving Empire

Careful if you have any natural sunlight coming into our room. Our floors from empire lasted less than 24 months before they started buckling and looking like complete garbage. After spending over $12,000 on new floors to last less than 2 years, Id recommend using any other company / product besides Empire Today. Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible company. Buyer beware.

I purchased the service plan that protects the carpets up to three years after purchase if there are any stains. I was also told I would be reimbursed for a portion of a professional carpet cleaning if I had it done a year after it was installed. I have not been reimbursed for the cleaning that I had done and am now being told my claim was denied for the pet stain. I am very disappointed that Empire pads their profits by getting you to purchase their extended protection plan but denies claims when called to uphold their end of the bargain. The individual that contacted me has much trouble in communicating via email but I did get the point that they are not going to honor the details of the extended service program or reimburse me for any of the carpet cleaning, both of which was why I purchased into the agreement in the first place.
