Extra Dry Cleaners

Well, well, well, let me tell you a tale of woe and laundry. I made the mistake of dropping off my clothes at a new establishment on a Wednesday. I asked for my bundle to be ready by Monday, and the guy named Hector said, "How about Tuesday?" Now, being the empathetic business-banker type, I agreed, thinking they were under pressure. But, boy, was I wrong. When I returned the following Tuesday, my clothes weren't ready. Talk about inconvenient! I went back the next day, but foolishly didn't inspect thoroughly. Big mistake. You see, I had a small hole in my Eddie Bauer cold weather jacket that just needed patching, nothing more. I specifically asked for it to be sewn, but what did they do? They washed the jacket! Why, oh why, would they do that? Now, there's no padding inside, and the hole is still there, held together by a safety pin. To make matters worse, I only got a measly $9 refund. What a rip-off! This whole experience was mentally and financially draining, and definitely not convenient, money-saving, or exceptional. I mean, come on, I should have gotten more than $9 back. But hey, it is what it is. Let this be a lesson to all of us: always inspect your clothes before leaving the establishment, or risk becoming a human pin cushion.

They accidentally ruined one of my shirts and they owned up to it right away and offered to pay for a brand new shirt! Thats great customer service. They are always friendly and accommodating. As long as I live in the area I will only go to this cleaners!
