        Called to make an appointment. Phone kept ringing then put on hold. Waited for 22 mins no answered. Called a second time same thing phone kept ringing and no answer.

        Terrible care. My mom has been his patient for several years. Recently, she was in the hospital with an infection. For follow up, Dr. McDonnell never examined her or even came near her. He spoke to us from across the room. Same infection came back for my mom yesterday. We saw the nurse practitioner who confirmed the infection, but put her antibiotic on hold. It is now 24 hours later with my mom suffering and still no antibiotic. Btw, they never answer phones and don't have an answering system. They let it ring off the hook and then you're on hold for 10 minutes or more. Competency and organization might help, but, otherwise, beware.
