If I could leave this review with NO STARS that's what would give this Dr. and her practice. Not only are the individuals that answer the phone rude, she doesn't follow up with results. What kind of doctor holds lab/test results from her patients for WEEKS!? She then makes you schedule an appointment to get said results? That sounds like another co-pay for an office visit that could easily take place over the phone. It's hard when you try to support your own people, only to be treated like this. I have NEVER in my 48 years on this earth ever, experienced anything like this. People are already concerned and in most cases worried about their results, only to be 'put on hold'. Ethically, how can you people sleep at night? Comfortably I guess. Be careful, Karma is real!!

If I can give 0 star I will. I switched Primary Care due to the neglect I got from my previous one, found this dr in network & right behind my house. 1st apt Got there 15 mins before arrival, wait for almost 20 mins outside, they called my name took more medical information while inside (10 more mins), then I waited almost another 25 mins for the dr to come & see, If i havent went outside & say where is she, she would've forgotten she had a patient that day. I had a mammogram done & the center confirmed my results will be sent in 48h max, it has been 2 weeks & I have tried calling & finally when I did get a hold of the voicemail I left a message & they immediately called back & said they will notify her right away. Ofcoursr she didnt even have the courtsey to call me, front desk called setup an apt to ralk about my results. Now it has been 3 weeks since my results have been out, had an apt today ay 6pm, arrived 10 mins prior to make a payment sat there & waited & watched while ppl came in waaaay after me go in before me, its now 6:27pm ppl r still coming & going infront of me, I go to the front desk & they apologized & said shes running late & it was going to be a while. Why not say that from the start? Also ppl have lives & other obligations why arent u guys.more punctual & courtious about ur own patients. If i would have agreed to stay god knows how much longer I was still going to have to wait long inside, you know she tends to forget she has patients waiting for her. Now I have to look for another Primary Care that will hopefully NOT neglect me & that is.more punctual with apt its ridiculous, this doctor is not worth your health nor time, search elsewhere
