I have been going here basically my entire life. I have a weak autoimmune condition.. and working as a teacher doesnt help the case, so I tend to get sick a lot. Because of this, I had to cancel my appointments, so I wouldn't get the staff here infected (pinky eye, COVID, flu, strep, etc). I was always okay with getting charged the cancellation fee because thats reasonable. But today, I was called and noticed that they would no longer see me as a patient because of the cancellation history So, if you are someone who gets sick quickly or has a weak autoimmune like me... I would say look somewhere else.

My family and I have been going to this facility many years and have been treated by Dr. Attasi with no problem. Dr. Attasi is Great! Now, under Dr. Hindy, I was supposed to go to my appointment today which was the second reschedule. Can you believe they called me this morning (4/6/2024) of my 2nd rescheduled appointment to tell me I had to reschedule again because the dentist is leaving early. The next available Sat appointment they offered me was July 6 appointment. I'm already overdue for my 6th-month cleaning, now you want me to wait another 3 months. These dentists always advise you to keep up your teeth cleanings but in turn, they are the first ones that do not consider which patients they need to cancel. They are quick to cancel your appointment and are inconsiderate of your time and dental care. They can't even accommodate you accordingly for your next appointment. It's time to go elsewhere. Not enough dental hygienists and periodontalists are hired at this facility to keep up with the community's dental needs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. So my first experience with this place was awful, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see them again. I go in today, dentist looks at me for two minutes (which was fine), tells me my teeth and gums look good. Two minutes later his assistant comes in and tells me that the hygienist is too busy to see me for the regular cleaning and that I would have to schedule with them at a later date. Ridiculous! I'm sure if I were paying cash instead of using insurance they'd find the time. DON'T GO HERE!

They canceled on us at the last minute. When I took off work to be with my baby so my lady could go to the dentist office. They have no warning in advance. It's okay when a dental office cancels on you. But God forbid if you cancel on them. Double standard bigots. Maybe when we scheduled the appointment you should have contacted the insurance then. Instead of waiting til the day of the appointment to say you still have to contact them to see if they are going to pay for everything you might need done. Never had that issue at any other dental office I've ever been too. Get your priorities straight before you waste somebodys time. Unprofessional
