Scary.I was suffering from some chronic lower back pain that I was fairly sure resulted from heavy lifting.  I went here for a CONSULTATION.  I talked with the Bruce Milkent for a few minutes explaining the problem, and afterward he directed me to the back where I was told to undress and put on a robe.  I mistakenly assumed that I was prepping for a back exam since I was not told otherwise.  Before I even began to realize what they had me doing, I was behind an X-RAY machine!  Unfortunately, at the time I was a bit timid and not forward enough to stop them...they took a round of back X-RAYS without any precautions to protect my stomach.  The machine looked old, and the whole ordeal was entirely unprofessional.  I went back to discuss the results with "Dr." Milkent who told me my spine curved to the left which resulted in my back muscles over-compensating and lending themselves to injury.  He told me I needed to begin treatment immediately at a frequency of 4 to 5 days a week.  He stated that my insurance would cover most of the cost.  Again, the alarm bells sounded, and I stated that I thought I may get a second opinion.  This is when things got WEIRD.  "Dr." Milkent began to go on the defensive, telling me that I didn't trust him and that I think I know better than him, and that he's not a back cracker, or hacker or something to the effect.  He was stuttering and looking down at his desk.  He walked me out and told the ladies at the desk.. "she's done".Simply put, the guy places little value on patient protocol and precaution, and focuses on insurance and frequency of visits. I wish I had never gone.
