I have been coming here for the last 3 years and never experience the service I received from the New Manager Patrick and his staff and the notes that was put on my vehicle never service this vehicle was very rude a not customer service friendly the mechanic messed my lights up when he was supposed to only do a heat core. they busted my oil panel when performing a oil change. my engine coolant was leaking when they changed the heat core. had all types of tools in my vehicle when i picked it up had oil on my seats. When Mancari's was the original owners the staff was friendly and knew me and my husband personally. I brought the truck from there and for you to say you will not service it again that you messed up I spent over 5000.00 getting this vehicle fixed. to receive the Service I received this has been reported to cooperate office and the BBB. Patrick was rude and very unfriendly I now see why they have a high turnover rate with employees who left because of the service they have been providing I over heard one lady say she came for a oil change when she left 2 hours later her vehicle stop and had to get it towed back there and this was a brand new vehicle off the floor. I presented them with a bill for my lights and all I received was bad customer service I am still awaiting a response. Kathy the New Manager was very friendly and helpful.
