        I called Tony Bardusk at Suburban Softner with a general question about my water filtration system. I had just moved into a new house and wasn't sure the best way to maintain my new system. Tony was helpful, responsive and gave me lots of follow-up information on what my options were, how to replace my own filters (since I was outside of their service range), and what my options for other systems if I wanted to upgrade (I had asked about that, so he wasn't up-selling :)) I sincerely appreciated Tony's help!!!
