I have called about several repairs that I need fixed and I get the runaround.Once I am finally able to get someone scheduled to come out they send people who are unable to complete the jobs and they either leave and dont return or they just skip pass certain repairs without any further information.I get the excuse theres certain people are only able to perform certain repairs which is fine, but they tell me that their contractors have conflicting schedules yet there is a vacant apartment underneath me and they had multiple people working but wont seem to schedule the correct workers to do the repairs that I need in my unit.

Ive been living at my new place for 3 months now and its been the best decision on a location to settle down in. This opportunity was almost taken away because of this companys negligence and incompetence to do an honest job. They sent my a landlord a credit report that was about 150 points off in accuracy. When I confronted them they told me their credit reports backdate 30 years. Sounds great but I havent been alive for 30 years. Then they told me they do their credit application through TransUnion, which if they did would mean there would be a specific application number provided from TransUnion directly, when I asked for that they mentioned that they have never gotten anything like that before. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reworded my question and asked who they get their reports from. I was given 2 different responses. One doesnt exist and the other was a portal to log into their own website. At this point I was very frustrated because the 150 point inaccuracies were going to be the sole reason I wouldnt be approved for this home. I decided to get them on the phone to see what was going on after I pulled my own report directly from TransUnion and the lady accused me of lying and photoshopping my credit score after I sent them and the future landlord screenshots of my credit report. I was furious about that accusation so I did a three way call between the lady who answered the phone and the TransUnion representative. Luckily, the TransUnion representative corrected them and told them as it is and that their report was inaccurate. I asked the lady if she could call the landlord to let them know it was their mistake she said she would. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and when I called the landlord I asked if he heard back from them and he said he did but that they told him that my screenshots were photoshopped. So not only did they accuse me of altering my report but they told the landlord the same thing. From there I asked the landlord if I could threeway call us with TransUnion so he can hear from them directly what my score was. He agreed and when we went through the steps of verifying my information and hearing my correct score he apologized and let me move into the unit. Hes been the best landlord Ive ever had. And to think, this couldve been stripped away because of this company LYING and accusing me of credit fraud. I would recommend staying away from this company as much as you can
