While the Total Home Health staff are wonderful, their parent company adapthealth is TERRIBLE with billing and dealing with insurance. I work for a health insurance company and know what they are doing is not acceptable - and possibly not legal. I have spent 8 months dealing with overseas customer service, and the issue is still not resolved. The healthcare provider system knows that apapthealth is terrible as well.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The staff here is amazing, my machine has a communication problem, they did everything they could to help me, but being an Adapt Gelth company hindered their efforts. Looking for a new company. Adapt wants the money, but doesnt want to fix the problems
