        Left trash on every mailbox on our street, can't even afford a stamp, definitely can't afford to do a good job. Edit: Now they've left a snarky reply despite violating solicitation and littering laws. Trashy!!! It isn't my responsibility to subsidize your failing business, stop littering in Palos Heights. Also if you look up their HQ, it looks like a Scooby Doo ghost town, I'd steer clear of these folks.

        This company is a major liability. They should have their business license revoked. Their drivers are extremely reckless. I spoke to the driver about this once already. They climbed the NEIGHBORS shed and roof to trim their clients bushes WITHOUT permission. They justified their actions because they didn't have a ladder. Per usual they were dangerously speeding on Halloween with a street full of kids. (Another neighbor had to call the police on them) and then they were texting or something while driving as shown in pictures on Halloween with kids in front of them. I've tried to contact their office continuously for a week and no one answers phones. Stay far away.

      Believe it or not Jamie, it costs us MORE to hand-deliver our flyers than it does to do a postal campaign. We know because we utilize both as well as other print and digital advertisements, so keep an eye out for us! We choose our "boots on the ground" approach every year because we believe it's money well spent. Our seasonal employees get to start making money sooner, our vendors get paid to make great looking ads, and our company gets the opportunity to introduce ourself to new friendly faces which is seemingly everyone except for you. Fortunately, our committment to quality work and honesty has afforded us 36 years of success and we have been blessed to work with great clients both residential and commercial, installation and maintenence. Thankfully none of those clients were you. I hope the next time you review a small, local, family-owned and operated business to try and keep yourself relevant, that you make an attempt to contribute to the public and review an actual experience.

      Hi Kevin. The actions of the driver on Halloween, and any other day that it has happened, are inexcusable. We have kids ourselves and we would never condone this type of behavior even if we didn’t. However it paints our other crews and drivers in an unfair picture to generalize the actions of one driver as a reflection of our entire company. We have over a half dozen crews and drivers that conduct themselves in a professional manner, both while on the properties we service and while driving. This particular driver has been reprimanded for his actions and placed on probation, so you may see a different driver on their next visit, and said person may no longer be operating any of our vehicles if there are any other issues moving forward. In regard to contacting us, we do answer our phones and we have spoken with both our client and the neighbor who's roof the crew climbed to address and apologize for the situation that happened yesterday. It is a busy time of year so not every call is answered right when it rings but we return calls to any messages that are left and would have returned your call had there been a message to return. If you would like to discuss this further or have any additional information you would like to give please give our office a call.
