        People that work here have gotten so much worse since I moved to Oak Forest 10 years ago. They are extremely rude when you stop in and I just tried calling and got no answer again. I cringe at the idea of walking in to redeem one of those coupons you get for opening an additional account with them. I tried calling the 800 number and they said the branch deals with that. Guarantee not a single person who works at this location lives in this community. You feel extremely unwelcome across the board. Ignorance at its worst.

        Never enough tellers, there is always a wait. Quite unfortunate. Not a great branch to visit. Water jug never changed, always empty. No lollipops for the kids....makes you cringe.
