I really wish I could give no stars absolutely the worst experience of my life and the worst company I ever did business with will never do business with them again

I have been for 3 months trying to receive the product but just promises and I paid all ... So Bill Jordan (Big sales guy) makes me promises everyday and never calls me back or gives me the App.... Every week he has excuses but nothing is real. I'm really sad that I went for ride by this company. I lost my time and my money with an App that never got to me. I would never trust this company!

One star is simply because it's the lowest allowed. They made a incredible offer and started strong. But blamed server crash, then shifted people losing time and requested edits along the way. Then prior fixes started to revert back to pre-fix state. It moved at glacial speed then finally no response at all from the company. They still have our deposit and will not return it (there is no reimbursing our many hours invested nor the opportunity costs by losing the trust of our donors). Run, run from Swyft Apps!

I would give zero stars if I could!! I first setup the app with Bill Jordan when the company was named xpressivemobile. He was always hard to get up with but we got our app. Then it stopped working, I sent an email to Swyft Apps, they replied and said we didn't pay the yearly fee, I said we didn't know about it. They sent an invoice to my email and I paid, then I replied that I had paid and questioned when the app would be up and working again. They said soon. The last email I received was 9/5/2017 that stated that it should be back u today for sure, I'll email you a little later when its ready. That was the last I heard from them.. It is 10/17/2017 and our app is still not working. I have emailed them 5 times since then with no response. So now we have spent money and have no app!!! I can not find a phone number that will work, it goes straight to voicemail and of course they never call back... I will be calling the BBB.

My biggest hang-up with Swyft Apps was in having to convince myself that this is not too good to be true! Everything that was promised was fulfilled. - The speed of our launch - The pricing structure - The customer service & tech support - The features and metrics - Flexible design - Etc, etc I have a friend a another church that has been trying to get an app launched for their church since October 2016. He was extremely jealous when I told him that we green lighted our app the middle of December and was up and running by the first week in January. That is what they promised and that is what they delivered. They even delivered our fully functional app on time even though we had to delay the go-ahead by a week. It doesn't seem possible that they could deliver what they do for the price they charge. But they have. If you have any plans to launch an app for your church or business and want it Swyft-ly for a price you can afford, Swyft Apps is a company I highly recommend.
