Dylan and his entire team were absolutely AMAZING! We were first time home buyers, super intimidated with buying a home for the first time. Our situation was also a little complex. Dylan made the entire process smooth and so understanding for us. We bought a house in a crazy market also. Dylan was there to give good advice throughout the whole process and was so patient with us. We will forever be grateful for Dylan for getting us into our very first home.

I wasn't sure what to expect when mortgaging a home for the first time but Leslie Nelson asking a crowd to "please disperse nothing to see here" as people jumped off a burning building generally came to mind which is why I procrastinated on purchasing a home for over 5 years! A coworker recommended Benchmark, I made the call and I've experienced an awesome journey through the entire process, start to finish! This is an amazing group of professionals who are highly organized and the process was as smooth as butter. They gathered documents in an online portal which took me about 30 minutes of downloading & uploading. I had an initial intake and document review with Christie who was very thorough and made sure I had everything they needed for a pre-approval that was almost immediate. I then connected with my EPIC realtor Mark Winkleman who literally drove to the edges of earth to help me find the perfect home! This guy was amazing and my only regret is that I only purchased one house and not 2. His attention to detail saved an immense amount of time and money as he looked for any possible problems that could have resulted in tens of thousands in repairs down the road by thoroughly researching property history and condition. Dylan was meticulous with setting me up with a team to ensure that when I did find a property closing was quick and painless. They worked around my insane work schedule as well. They did all the heavy lifting and all I needed to do was show up. They 100% owned my stress and had I realized this sooner I wouldn't have stayed up all night in that last week imagining every worst case scenario known to man! They connected me with an awesome attorney for closing Antonio Musillami who was extremely knowledgable, understanding, and fast! It took about 2 hours closing day, it was over before I knew it, had my keys and paperwork in the blink of an eye. I'll be recommending this team to absolutely everyone I hear of who is considering buying or selling property and actually have to a few people who are currently dragging their feet like I initially did. My only regret is that I didn't hear about them 5 years ago before the pandemic!

Dylan, Christi, and Mary were extremely helpful, informative, and most importantly accessible during the loan process. Their turnaround times for emails were faster than anyone else we were involved with in the month before closing. This is our first home and having someone reliable to answer questions really makes a huge difference. I didn't have a very conventional work history but Dylan and team worked with us and made it happen. The process really made me feel like we weren't just numbers on a spreadsheet and reassured me that there wouldn't be any big rug pulling surprises after pre-approval. In the end, we got a very competitive rate for a condo in our area (we checked a couple of other places). And on top of all that, they helped us shop for an insurance provider and kept in touch with us even after funding. I would absolutely recommend Dylan and team to anyone who is looking for a lender.
